Thailand Retirement Visa

Thailand is now encouraging long-stay foreigners – especially as it pertains to retirees.  Thailand actually welcomes retiring foreigners with open arms, to the point that there is a special visa for retirees.  Retired immigrants must be over the age of 50 (which is already a bonus, especially for immigrants from the United States) and must bring into Thailand an amount of foreign currency which totals greater than 800,000 baht.

 The Kingdom of Thailand – or simply Thailand, as it is more commonly known – is a lush and beautiful country.  Its culture is rich, deeply ingrained, and extremely influential to Asian culture as a whole.  Thailand is famed for amenable residents, high levels of literacy, verdant landscapes, and widely ranging opportunities.  As such, many people from other countries seek to live and work in Thailand.

Thailand Marriage Visa

Applying for a marriage visa can be a little tricky, simply because there are a number of requirements which must be met.  Furthermore, there are all kinds of different marriage visas, such as the K-3 Marriage Visa, designed for citizens of the United States to bring their Thai spouses back to America.

Thailand Tourist Visa

The Thai tourist visa is usually issued to persons  wishing to enter Thailand for the purposes of tourism. The Thai tourist visa does not allow you to work or to conduct business while on the tourist visa. The Thailand tourist visa can be used to stay in the Kingdom of Thailand for up to 30 days or up to 60 days.
