Have been here since March 2008 on a E-Visa for educational reasons. School is out and would prefer to make Thailand home for awhile. My visa run was to Laos 1 month ago, and my Visa expires 15 Feb 2009. Can I make a Visa run a few days prior to the expiration date of the visa, and still get a 90 day entry visa that goes beyond the date of my stamped Visa in my passport?

Part 2. I am a dual national with another passport, can I get a 1 year multi entry visa on the other passport before my present one expires? and if so, do I have to be in the country of origin of the passport to do it? Ultimetely, I would like to apply for the retirement visa, but I am not of age until Aug 2009 to do so.
